Jackie began her career in technology consulting in Silicon Valley before she moved into healthcare quality improvement and clinical operations.
She has a Master’s in Health Administration and Interprofessional Leadership from UCSF, a Certificate in Healthcare LEAN from Johns Hopkins Armstrong Center for Patient Safety and Quality, and a Certificate from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering in AI Business Strategy.
Jackie brings a truly unique combination of experience as a technologist and healthcare leader. She specializes in clinical operations, quality improvement, compliance and risk management, patient experience, and driving digital transformation. Mentero.AI is the culmination of a career in tech, healthcare and as a 2x successful entrepreneur.
Alice Chan

ADVISOR
Alice is an entrepreneur at heart. She’s founded and run businesses and worked inside early and late-stage startups. She started her career in London in the early 90s, and arrived in Silicon Valley just in time for the dotcom boom. She has a passion for client discovery and development, marketing, and communications.
A ‘specialist generalist’, she has a particular interest in working on all things client, tech, health and wellness, and supporting entrepreneurs and leaders.
She’s held a number of acting VP of Marketing/CMO roles and is known for quickly figuring out what needs to be done to drive an organization forward, and then making it happen.
